Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Mullica Hill, NJ to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents, helping them live independently in the community.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package to support residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and all privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
