Title: Bilingual Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Charlotte, NC (Multiple Sites)

Reports To: VP of Human Resources

Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner (HR Director level) collaborates with site and business leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with current and future organizational needs. This role acts as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders, driving performance, engagement, and culture initiatives while overseeing core HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a member of the site leadership team, championing culture, engagement, and change management.
Translate business objectives into aligned HR strategies and ensure broad understanding across all levels.
Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance and consistency in applying HR policies and practices.
Develop and execute site-specific engagement plans based on employee feedback.
Oversee HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and leave management.
Facilitate training initiatives including onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and team building.
Conduct internal investigations, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support benefits communication and administration.
Use data to identify workforce trends and inform targeted HR initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Manages a team of HR professionals. Responsible for hiring, performance management, training, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
5+ years of senior HR generalist experience or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and business acumen.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions including systems, payroll, benefits, and talent development.
