Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role acts as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within policy.

You will oversee staff performance, ensure high standards of safety and customer service, and respond effectively to incidents while maintaining professional conduct and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting;
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s License with appropriate driving experience and clean record may be required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure high standards of safety, security, and customer service on site.
