Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Bilingual) to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at a client site. The role includes acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and field operations staff to ensure quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have bilingual Spanish/English abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license with driving experience and clean record may be required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
