Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Bilingual) to oversee a shift at a client site. The role focuses on supervising officers, coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensuring quality service delivery with coaching and discipline as needed.

The candidate should be bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong communication, report writing, and crisis management skills, plus the ability to handle incidents calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels professionally.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline within policy.
• Coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services on the shift and logs/reports as needed.
• Act as liaison between client site and management to resolve issues.
