Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will conduct evaluations, share findings with families and district personnel, and collaborate on IEP goals.

Deliver therapy directly or supervise SLP assistants, monitor progress with data, participate in ARD meetings, and advocate for students' access to education. Competitive pay starting at $53 per hour with flexible FT/PT/AS-NEEDED roles and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy services
• Share evaluation findings with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop evidence-based interventions
• Deliver therapy services or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students' programs
