Caretruly Healthcare LLC in Wisconsin seeks a highly organized Bilingual Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the scheduling of Personal Care Workers for new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong scheduling, staffing, and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment and able to manage multiple lines of responsibility and reporting to the Senior Director

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of office management or healthcare administrative experience.
• At least one (1) year of staffing, scheduling, or recruiting experience.
• Experience in home healthcare, healthcare staffing, or customer service is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the Scheduling Department.
• Oversee caregiver scheduling by matching qualifications, availability, and client needs.
• Review and manage schedule changes, staffing shortages, and urgent coverage needs.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin Home Healthcare and Medicaid requirements.
• Monitor approved client service hours and scheduling accuracy.
• Oversee accurate scheduling data for payroll and billing processing.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to resolve staffing and caregiver issues.
• Train, coach, and support Scheduling Coordinators to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare scheduling reports as needed.
• Promote excellent customer service while building positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
