Job summary

Americare is seeking a Scheduling Coordination Supervisor to oversee service coordinators and ensure timely admissions with optimal quality of care for all Americare clients.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or higher, 2+ years in a licensed home care setting (leadership preferred), bilingual Spanish, and strong verbal/written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work overtime are required.

• 2+ years recent experience in a licensed home care agency, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
