Complex Home Care Solution Ltd in Denver is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to oversee caregivers, coordinate client care plans, and manage scheduling. This role requires strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, empathy, and organizational skills to ensure high-quality patient care.

The supervisor will lead staff, coordinate with families and managers, and ensure timely scheduling and documentation, with occasional travel to client homes as needed.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as Home Care Scheduler preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home visits.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and external staffing needs.
• Supervise, guide, and support a team of caregivers in the field.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new staff members.
• Use cloud-based scheduling software.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff and use to secure last-minute coverage.
• Communicate with caregivers regarding any updates or changes to their schedule.
• Communicate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate care and ensure quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients and families.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including client records, care plans, incident reports, and caregiver files.
