Job summary

AGM TOOLS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to join their dynamic team in Austin, Texas. The role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent support, and contributing to sales efforts. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards solving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service via in-person and phone interactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales with new and existing customers
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Handle cashier drawer responsibilities

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Note: This job description is not exhaustive. Employees may perform other duties as needed to meet organizational requirements.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, and 8 AM - 6 PM every other Saturday. 1-hour lunch break.

Physical requirements: Ability to carry items, walk quickly, and stand for extended periods.
