Bilingual Sales/Customer Service & Outside Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person-to-person interactions and phone.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
3. Visit customers daily as per the company's route.
4. Follow the designated route provided by the company.
5. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
7. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
8. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales with new and existing customers.
9. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
