Job summary

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English / Spanish) — Sunrise, FL (Hybrid)

Location: Sunrise, FL — Hybrid (in-office + remote)
Type: Part-time to start, with room to grow
Compensation: Hourly base (at or above Florida minimum wage)
plus uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn

About the role

We're a growing moving company serving customers across the Northeast, run from our office in Sunrise, FL, and we're looking for a driven inside sales rep to own our incoming leads and turn them into booked moves. This is a phone-, text-, and email-based sales role — you'll be the first voice customers hear and the reason they choose us. We'll train you our way, so you don't need years of experience — you need hustle, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn and get coached.

What you'll do

• Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
• Build quotes, explain our services, and follow up until the job is booked
• Keep in touch with prospects and past customers to win repeat and referral business
• Log your calls, quotes, and bookings so nothing falls through the cracks
• Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly booking goals

Schedule

This is a hybrid role. You'll be in our Sunrise office 3 days a week (about 4 hours each day) and work the remaining hours remotely, for roughly 24 hours a week to start. Because this is a sales role, responsiveness matters: on your scheduled working days you'll keep an eye out for new customer leads and respond to them as they come in — by phone, text, and email — between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The time between leads is your own; you're not expected to sit by the phone, just to reply when a lead arrives and log the time you work. There's room to expand hours and shift the in-office/remote mix over time as you grow with us.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — this is a must, as many of our customers are Spanish-speaking
• A natural communicator who's comfortable on the phone and quick over text and email
• Coachable and eager to learn — we'll teach you our sales process
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated when working remotely
• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
