HuminaResource is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Manager for our client in Torrance, CA. This on-site role combines hands-on sales with team leadership across multiple locations, focusing on international logistics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.

Formación

• Proficiency in Japanese and English at business level.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international logistics or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Business Development (50%): develop and implement sales strategies, manage relationships, pursue new opportunities, build client networks, monitor performance and collaborate with teams.
• Sales Management & Leadership (50%): lead a team of 5–10 across locations, oversee sales and customer service, set and track performance goals, coach the team and coordinate regional activities.
