Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management.
• Assist with import/export and supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate operational data and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support day-to-day purchasing and administrative operations.
