Job summary

huminaresource is seeking an Import Export Operation Manager to support day-to-day freight forwarding operations during our U.S. launch phase in the Los Angeles area.

The role collaborates with our Japan headquarters and Thailand team, focusing on ocean and air import/export activities and seamless shipment coordination. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in logistics or freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Ocean and/or Air Import & Export operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations (Ocean / Air / Import / Export).
• Coordinate shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Support operational process setup during the U.S. branch launch phase.
• Assist with internal coordination and reporting as needed.
