Job summary

Humina Resource is seeking an Import Export Operation Manager to support freight forwarding operations during the U.S. launch. The role demands at least 7 years of experience and proficiency in business-level English and ideally, Japanese.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor operations, and collaborate with both local and international teams. The position offers a salary range of $75K-$90K based on experience, with additional benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• Basic to solid knowledge of Ocean and/or Air Import & Export operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations (Ocean/Air/Import/Export).
• Coordinate shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and overseas offices.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Support operational process setup during the U.S. branch launch phase.
