• Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chat, email and reviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries using management guidelines.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders as needed.
• Support quality coaches to improve performance and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Contribute to a positive company culture.
