Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) seeks a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist in Tampa to back the sales team and RSMs. You will manage order entry through shipment, assist with inventory accuracy, and coordinate ecommerce and offline support, ensuring timely responses and high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and fluent Spanish, with strong organizational and communication skills. Expect on-site work with occasional travel for major exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team, RSMs, and Sales Representatives by responding promptly to requests.
• Manage the complete order cycle from entry through shipment with accuracy.
• Monitor turnaround time for sales requests and orders to meet service expectations.
• Support online shop and e-commerce, coordinating offline support when needed.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy to ensure 100% compliance.
• Track order accuracy and operational performance for error-free processing.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Handle sales order exceptions and communicate issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate sales and order information for reliable status updates.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational sales support to keep focus on customers.
• Communicate with Distributors and assist with offline orders; travel within states for exhibitions/events.
• Assist with office management (ordering supplies, admin support, etc.).
