The role supports the end-to-end order lifecycle, collaborating with customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams to process orders, verify details, and ensure timely fulfillment and invoicing. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in order management or customer operations, strong communication in English and Spanish, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer and purchase orders within SLAs and timelines.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy across pricing, product specs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm inventory, status, and delivery requirements.
• Communicate delivery options and status to customers; support end-to-end order lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate invoicing after fulfillment and confirmation.
