Job summary

Global Hi-tech Films Inc. seeks a proactive Sales Support specialist in Tampa to back the sales team, manage the full order cycle, and ensure accurate and timely processing.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, warehouse, and regional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and fulfill customer requirements. Your role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service, with routine interaction across distributors and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives by responding promptly to requests and providing information and assistance.
• Manage the complete order cycle from entry through shipment, ensuring accurate, efficient processing.
• Monitor turnaround time for sales requests and customer orders to meet service expectations.
• Support the online shop and e-commerce operations and assist offline for issues beyond online.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy to ensure 100% compliance.
• Track order accuracy and operational performance to minimize errors month over month.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order, inventory, and shipment issues.
• Handle sales order exceptions and special requests, communicating with the relevant teams.
