Job summary

Univista Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative in Orlando, FL to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote products and services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to communicate with our diverse customer base.

You will handle incoming calls, initiate outbound follow-ups, and identify customer concerns to deliver positive experiences.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and time management.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, preferably insurance-related with a 4-40/2-20 license.
