Job summary

Univista Holdings in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales Service Representative to join our expanding Texas team. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues across departments. A $400 sign-on bonus is paid after a 120-day probationary period.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; CRM and MS Office familiarity.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.
• Reliable transportation required.
• P&C license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to inquiries, resolve issues, or promote products and services.
• Identify customer concerns and resolve them for a positive experience.
• Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address inquiries and complaints.
• Provide swift, accurate resolutions while maintaining quality.

• Promote products and services using upsell/cross-sell techniques.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve issues.
• Adhere to policies and data protection guidelines.
