Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Temporary Part Time Sales Associate to promote and process all products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience in our California locations. The role includes administrative and office support, serving customers, coordinating with branches, and helping meet monthly targets.

Requirements include passion for customer service, fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, basic MS Word/Excel skills, teamwork, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and interacting with customers in Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel; able to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process products such as money transfers, money orders, and currency exchange.
• Verify or enter customer information accurately in our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Balance cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits.
• Prepare daily transaction records and perform other duties as assigned.
