Qualifications

• Experience engaging customers face to face.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process money transfers, money orders, currencies.
• Verify customer information accurately in our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Balance cash and prepare daily transaction records.
