Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a global money transfer service, is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to promote and process all products and services, ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes front-desk customer service, administrative tasks, and collaboration with senior staff to meet monthly targets.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for customer service and experience engaging customers in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Some computer experience using MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, extended hours) and regular attendance are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Customer service experience face to face is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with inquiries about services and locations.
• Identify problems or complaints and escalate to management with proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with Ria’s products, services and policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits.
• Prepare daily transactions record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
