Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a global money transfer provider, seeks a Part Time Sales Associate in Gardena, CA to promote and process all products and services with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will handle face-to-face transactions, verify customer information, balance cash, and support with inquiries while staying up to date on products and policies, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Some computer experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with inquiries about services, cancellations or other Ria locations.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transactions record and communicate with senior staff as needed.
