Ria Money Transfer in Dallas is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to promote and process our financial products and services, delivering an excellent customer experience across branches. You will handle in-person transactions, balance cash, assist with inquiries, and communicate with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some computer experience using MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to process all products and services.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information in our systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services and other Ria locations.
• Recognize problems or complaints and propose solutions or escalate to management.
• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services and policies.
• Balance the cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transactions record.
• Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors.
