The role includes administrative duties, assisting with tasks, and helping meet monthly targets. Required bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, cash handling, and flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience handling cash and balancing a register preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process money transfers, money orders, currency exchange.
• Verify customer information and enter data accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and locate branches.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of services and policies.
• Support other offices as needed.
