Position: Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 500

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 500 to join our team. We are looking for top talent in the construction industry who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and up for new challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
2. Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections
3. Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with documentation
4. Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
5. Support management in creating new job start-up requirements, including safety documents and compliance reports
6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
7. Support injured employees through initial doctor appointments and recovery process
8. Complete documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage
9. Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction safety
• Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and electronic devices
• OSHA 500 certification
• Training as a Precision Walls Certified Trainer (training provided)
