Position: Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We are looking for top talent in the construction industry who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges. Responsibilities:
  1. Support all phases of branch Safety, Lean Support, and Enforcement.
  2. Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections.
  3. Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, supporting documentation as needed.
  4. Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts.
  5. Assist Management in creating New Job Start Up requirements, including safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP requirements.
  6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines.
  7. Support injured employees through initial doctor appointments and until full duty is resumed.
  8. Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage.
  9. Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements/Experience:
  • 1-2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
  • Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Training as a Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM).
