Position: Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30
Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Responsibilities
- Support all phases of branch Safety, Lean support, and enforcement.
- Conduct safety and lean checklist inspections.
- Lead new hire orientations and skill assessments, providing supportive documentation.
- Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti tools, MEWPs, Lull & forklift operations, scaffolds, ladders, and stilts.
- Assist management in creating new job start-up requirements, including contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP requirements.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA guidelines.
- Support injured employees through initial doctor appointments and until they are cleared to return to full duty.
- Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
- Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Training as a Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided by a Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or supporting SQRM).
