Position: Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We seek individuals eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges, working in a supportive environment with a team that feels like family.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
  2. Conducting Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections
  3. Conducting New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments with proper documentation
  4. Providing training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
  5. Supporting management in creating new job start-up requirements, including safety documents and project safety plans
  6. Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA guidelines
  7. Supporting injured employees through initial doctor visits and recovery
  8. Completing documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage
  9. Performing other duties as needed
Requirements and Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial construction safety
  • Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Training as a Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided)
