Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 500 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support all phases of branch Safety and Lean initiatives, including enforcement.
2. Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections.
3. Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with documentation.
4. Provide training on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts.
5. Assist management with creating new job start-up safety requirements, including contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP compliance.
6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA standards.
7. Support injured employees through initial doctor visits and recovery until full duty is resumed.
8. Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage.
9. Perform other safety-related duties as needed.

Requirements/Experience

1. 2 to 5 years of safety experience in commercial construction.
2. Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
3. OSHA 500 certification.
4. Trained as a Precision Walls Safety Trainer (training provided).
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
