Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a highly organized Safety Administrative Coordinator to support project safety operations on-site. You will manage onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep field safety professionals focused on a safe, productive jobsite.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong detail-orientation. You will work with project teams, HR, and safety leadership across multiple offices on a full-time, on-site basis.

Qualifications

• > Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication in field operations.
• > Excellent organization and attention to detail to manage documentation.
• > Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• > Experience maintaining accurate records and tracking compliance requirements.
• > Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for employees and subcontractors, including scheduling and tracking.
• Maintain safety training, certifications, and orientation databases with accuracy.
• Track expirations and renewals for required credentials and compliance deadlines.
• Create and update project safety trackers, logs, and databases.
• Manage electronic and hard-copy safety files and document-control processes.
• Organize and archive safety documentation and client/GC requirements.
• Support the safety team with forms, reports, alerts, and program docs.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate safety training and safety meetings scheduling.
• Ensure project safety plans and client requirements are current and accessible.
