Rogers Electric is seeking a bilingual Regional HR Lead to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting multiple job sites within a defined region. This role bridges corporate HR strategy with day-to-day workforce needs.

You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and engagement while ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives. The Regional HR Lead acts as the primary HR presence in the field, partnering with operations and site

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in field or multi-site environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, or field-based workforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Regional HR Leadership: Serve as the lead HR partner for assigned region(s), supporting site leadership and workforce needs
• Execute HR strategies that align with business goals and operational priorities
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other areas as assigned
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of escalation for employee relations issues and investigations
• Support a culture of accountability, respect, and engagement across all job sites
• Compliance & Workforce Operations: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and client/site requirements
• Partner with Safety and Operations to reinforce a compliant and safe work environment
• Participate in onboarding, documentation and workforce processes to ensure accuracy
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for new hires with Ops
• HR Operations & Talent Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and onboarding execution
• Monitor workforce trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support performance management processes including coaching and development planning
• Host New Hire Orientation weekly in office or virtual
• Bilingual Workforce Support: Provide English/Spanish bilingual communication to ensure understanding of policies and initiatives
• Support Spanish-speaking employees with onboarding, issue resolution, and engagement efforts
