Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written communication with a diverse workforce.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and practices; stay informed on regulations.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to document safety findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement hazard control and PPE solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, VOSH, MOSH, and company safety policies.
• Represent the company during safety inspections and client communications.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, audits, and prepare detailed reports.
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective/preventative actions.
• Deliver safety training in English and Spanish to field and classroom settings.
• Provide first-aid assistance and document incidents appropriately.
