Job summary
National Youth Advocate Program is hiring a Lead Medical Coordinator in Roselle, IL, to oversee health services for children in care and coordinate timely medical care. This role requires an RN with a Bachelor's or higher in a health-related field, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications
- Licensed RN with Bachelor's or higher health-related degree.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Minimum 1 year of public health or healthcare experience with care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
- 1 year of experience in the child welfare field with children/adolescents in a social service setting.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Proficient with desktop/laptop computers and standard software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee health services and coordinate timely, appropriate health care for children in care.
- Supervise other Medical Coordinators and provide staff training on pediatric health topics.
- Develop and maintain policies for confidential health records and PHI compliance.
- Coordinate medical appointments and transportation for children.
