National Youth Advocate Program in Roselle, IL seeks a Medical Coordinator to ensure delivery of medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy services for children in care. You will coordinate appointments, document records, and support care teams to meet quality standards.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a health-related degree (LPN/LVN, RN, or Bachelor's), and experience in public health or child welfare.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN or RN or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in public health or healthcare with care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
• 1 year of experience in child welfare or social services.

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy services for children in care.
• Coordinate appointments and interpretation services; maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate with care teams; document medical records and PHI compliance.
• Obtain MOUs with medical, dental, and mental health providers; assist with TARs and payer coordination.
