Genex Service LLC is seeking a Bilingual Field Case Manager in Washington, DC, a full-time hybrid role located in the DC area for in-person patient appointments. The candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and hold an active RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans with physicians, supporting employers and clients, and ensuring cost-effective care with timely return-to-work strategies.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with clinicians and employers.
• Coordinate with physicians for cost-effective care and return-to-work goals.
• Facilitate early return to work by modifying job duties as needed.
• Maintain case documentation and provide status updates to customers.
