Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a Store Supervisor in Chicago to lead the store team and align daily actions with our customer-first mission. You will coach Sales Representatives, manage queues, and ensure a smooth, confident shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth and efficient in-store experience.
• Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on sales and customer service strategies.
• Support store maintenance and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures and operational guidelines.
• Help team members effectively use store systems, tools, and communications.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs.
• Assist in controlling store expenses and managing discounts appropriately.
• Uphold and enforce United Wireless policies and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving store sales, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
