O’Reilly Auto Parts in Utah seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, assist professional customers, process transactions, and keep shelves stocked. Full training provided with growth opportunities within a company known for promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installer service staff as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, payments, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and inventory counts.
• Perform store services (wiper installs, battery tests, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive deliveries when needed.
