O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, and to assume shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members to deliver exceptional service to retail and professional customers, manage showroom service programs, and handle store activities including opening/closing, transfers, returns, and invoicing with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Oversee open/close duties, day-end procedures, and security measures.
• Process transfers, special orders, returns, and invoicing accurately.
