Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may assume shift management responsibilities when managers are unavailable.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive systems knowledge, ASE certification, and RSS certification; Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store transfers promptly.
