O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction across retail and professional customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification and RSS certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
