Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with duties including leading store team members in customer service, handling calls, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing of orders and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
