O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and lead in sales, customer service, and store operations in Wrens, GA. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor showroom customer service levels and enforce programs.
• Answer telephone per policy and handle transfers promptly.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and friendly.
• Ensure invoicing of merchandise, core charges, and warranties.
• Oversee schedule adherence, clock-ins, and day-end procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits and building.
