Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clinton, NC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management responsibilities when needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, supervising POS and transfer processes, handling returns and invoicing merchandise, and performing opening/closing

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
Supervise customer service levels in showroom and program execution.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
Process returns and exchanges, and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
Monitor schedule adherence and clock-in/out per policy.
Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
