Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required to lead and support store teams.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels in the showroom and support programs like Related sales and Hi5.
• Ensure calls and store communications follow company policy and procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and add orders in a timely manner and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
