Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels in the showroom, including program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and manage communications.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders with timely updates.
• Process returns, exchanges, and invoicing before products leave the store.
• Manage opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits and doors.
