Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Roswell, NM seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may take on shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities include leading staff to deliver top customer service, managing showroom service levels, processing internal orders and transfers, and handling returns, refunds, and invoicing with accuracy.

• Willingness to obtain RSS Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution
• Answer phones according to policy
• Process buy online/ship to store and other transfers in a timely manner
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed and refunds issued correctly
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks
• Ensure adherence to work schedules and proper clocking in/out
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned
